• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or access information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Professional Standards

We conduct our services in accordance with applicable professional standards, regulations, and ethical requirements. However, our services do not constitute legal advice unless explicitly stated in a service agreement.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be outlined in individual engagement letters or service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. We will not disclose client information except as required by law, professional obligations, or with client consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We are not liable for losses arising from client-provided information or client decisions
• Claims must be brought within 12 months of the service completion

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, and work products developed by us remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided complies with applicable laws.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• By written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately for material breach of these terms
• Upon completion of agreed services

Termination does not affect payment obligations for work completed or in progress.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cyprus courts and governed by Cyprus law.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Entire Agreement
